The Most Corrupt Congressional District?

It depends on your definition of corruption. There may be more meaningful abuses of power elsewhere, as well as cases that cost more money to taxpayers, but it bears noting that in Florida, the Democrat who took over the seat that was lost to the Republicans following Rep. Mark Foley's sex scandal is now embroiled in a sex scandal of his own. You might think that this is my cue to say something about the American Bipolarchy, but I suspect simple human nature explains stories like these more effectively.
