Echoes of Gaza: Reprisals in Europe
No surprise here, either. There's a fresh wave of attacks on European Jews in the wake of the invasion of Gaza. Some idiots may think this is all fair, as if striking a blow against any given Jewish person or property is an effective blow against Zionism. But it ought to be self-evident that Jews outside Israel are no more to be held physically accountable for Israeli atrocities as Muslims in America are for the deeds of al-Qaeda. If these incidents are someone's idea of fighting Zionism, then those someones are cheap cowards who don't want to go where the action is. That goes for anyone who thinks they're striking a blow for Gaza by doing something similar in the U.S. People of this sort might make a difference if they could actually assemble a -- dare I say it? -- crusade, forming an international army and placing themselves at the service of Hamas, Hezbollah, Fatah or the authority of their choice. Otherwise, they're just criminals.
